Hall of Fame
The purpose of the 4-H BC Hall of Fame is to honor and celebrate the exceptional contributions of leaders who have dedicated 35 years or more to the 4-H community. This prestigious recognition serves to acknowledge the unwavering commitment, passion, and impact these individuals have had on the lives of youth and the development of our program.
By inducting these distinguished leaders into the Hall of Fame, we not only pay tribute to their invaluable service but also inspire current and future generations to continue the tradition of excellence in 4-H. Their leadership has fostered personal growth, skill development, and community engagement among countless members, shaping the future of agriculture and leadership in British Columbia.
Through this celebration, we recognize that the spirit of 4-H thrives in the dedication of those who have devoted decades to nurturing young minds, cultivating skills, and fostering a sense of community. The Hall of Fame stands as a testament to their legacy and the continued impact of their contributions on the 4-H BC Program.

What advice would you share to current or new 4-H members about making the most of their experience?
"My advice would be to take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities the 4-H program has to offer. Travel, communications, high school credits and all that the project work offers, with record keeping, budgeting, husbandry, leadership etc. It is one of the best youth development programs around and watching youth grow in confidence and skills over the years is what has kept me involved!"

What advice would you share to current or new 4-H members about making the most of their experience?
"Making the most of your 4-H experience involves being involved at all levels of 4-H. The friends you make by attending as many 4-H events as you possibly can will be with you for years. The opportunities for external credits are there for you if you make the commitment to work towards them. Most of all listen to the advice of mentors that are there to help you grow as you learn and enjoy what 4-H has to offer you."
