Leader Appreciation

At 4-H BC, we believe that great leadership is the cornerstone of inspiring young minds and fostering the next generation of leaders. Starting in 2025, we’re excited to launch a new initiative to shine a spotlight on the incredible leaders who make a difference in our communities. Leaders dedicate their time, energy, and resources to guide members in developing valuable skills and character. Every three months, we’ll be celebrating the dedication, passion, and hard work of 4-H leaders by nominating and showcasing individuals who truly embody the spirit of 4-H.

How It Works

Every three months, we’ll call on 4-H Clubs across British Columbia to submit nominations for exceptional leaders who exemplify the values of 4-H: head, heart, hands, and health. Whether it’s through their innovative approach to mentorship, their commitment to community service, or their ability to motivate and support the next generation of 4-H members, these leaders deserve to be celebrated.

Once nominated, selected leaders will be featured on our website and social media channels, showcasing their outstanding contributions and providing inspiration to others in the 4-H community.
